The Longbow, Stapleford
The Longbow in Stapleford is a traditional English country pub, with a great, friendly atmosphere, lots of space and extensive facilities.
The landlords, Mat and Alison Clark, offer a wide range of wine, lagers and spirits, which is complemented by a selection of five real ales. Featured in the Good Beer Guide 2007,there is much to impress a real ale enthusiast.
As well as the main room and dining area, there is a large games room, complete with darts, pool and bar billiards tables. The rear of the pub boasts a flowered beer garden with ample seating and a sheltered patio area.

Nualnoi (Noi) has been cooking in England since 1989. Taught to cook in the central plains of Thailand by her father, her style is classic with a modern twist.
She has worked in top class restaurants and has previously been nominated as the Thai Chef of the Year.
